OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Period The Black Friday Cyber Monday 2024 Promotion ("Promotion") is valid only during the designated promotional period of Starting Friday, November 29, 2024, at 12:00 AM CT, and running through Monday, December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM CT for the lower 48 states in the United States, unless terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the 67 Designs for any reason.
  2. Eligibility Structure The Promotion operates on a tiered spending structure as follows:
    • Tier 1 Bundle: Available with qualifying purchases of $750.00 USD or more
    • Tier 2 Bundle: Available with qualifying purchases between $500.00 USD and $749.99 USD
    • Tier 3 Bundle: Available with qualifying purchases between $300.00 USD and $499.99 USD
    • Tier 4 Bundle: Available with qualifying purchases between $150.00 USD and $299.99 USD
    • Tier 5 Bundle: Available with qualifying purchases between $25.00 USD and $149.99 USD
  3. Bundle Redemption Terms a. Customers are eligible to receive one (1) free promotional bundle corresponding to their qualifying purchase amount tier. b. The promotional bundle must be added to the cart along with the qualifying purchase amount for the automatic discount to apply. c. The corresponding bundle will receive an automatic 100% discount at checkout when all qualifying conditions are met. d. Limit of one (1) free promotional bundle per order, regardless of total purchase amount. e. Qualifying purchase amounts are calculated based on merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping, or other fees.
  4. Exclusions and Limitations a. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes unless explicitly stated otherwise. b. The 67 Designs reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. c. Promotion is valid while supplies last. No rain checks will be issued. d. Bundle contents are fixed and non-negotiable. No substitutions, modifications, or alterations to bundle contents will be permitted under any circumstances. Only available while supplies last. 
  5. Return Policy Override a. ALL SALES MADE THAT HAVE A BUNDLE PART OF THE SALE DURING THIS PROMOTION ARE FINAL. b. The 67 Designs' standard 7-day return policy is expressly suspended for all items purchased during this Promotion. c. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any items purchased along with a bundle during this Promotion that was sold with a bundle, including both qualifying purchases and promotional bundles. d. By participating in this Promotion, customers expressly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to return or exchange purchased merchandise.
  6. General Terms a. Void where prohibited by law. b. The 67 Design reserves the right to verify all purchases and void any transactions that show signs of fraud, tampering, or violation of these terms. c. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. d. Customers participating in this Promotion agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
  7. Disclaimer The 67 Design' decisions regarding all Promotion-related matters will be final and binding. The 67 Design disclaims any responsibility for technical, hardware, software, or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or affect a customer's ability to participate in the Promotion.
