    • Universal not sized for iPhone 16e. 
    • Do not use with Pop-Sockets, hooks, wallets or other items on the back of the device or phone case.
    • Clients that have/had Rockform cases have reported a known issue with the cases and Rockform has stated that their cases are thicker and that they are aware Apple MagSafe Chargers do not always work. This may also be related to the magnet array in Rockform cases which does not align with MagSafe/Qi2.
    • Do not use with MagBak phone cases. It does not work well due to MagBak's unusual four separate strips of metal that are embedded in the plastic case.
    • It is not providing CarPlay connectivity. The Apple MagSafe Charger is only a power source to charge your iPhone. While it does have a cable that may plug into a vehicle USB-C power source, it cannot and does not deliver any CarPlay functionality.  
    • * The distance of the updated Universal for iPhones refers to the distance between the center of the circular MagSafe Charger Coil and the bottom edge of the naked (no case) device or to the bottom of a device with a case.
    • Not designed for devices with a measurement of <72mm between the center of the circular MagSafe Charger Coil and the bottom of the case, including the iPhone 16e. 
    • Patent pending.

    Genuine Apple MagSafe Protection

    Your Ledge includes an authentic Apple MagSafe Charger with built-in device protection that monitors power quality . The Apple component automatically shuts down induction charging if it detects unsafe voltage or under/over acceptable current from your USB-C source or under/over acceptable ambient heat.

    Power Source Requirements

    The MagSafe charger requires clean, stable power to function properly. If it appears unresponsive, your power source likely doesn't meet Apple's input standards—this is the charger protecting your device, not a malfunction.

    Recommended Power Adapters

    • For vehicles: Anker 535 Car Charger
    • For AC power: Anker power adapters (consistently reliable)
    • Avoid: Cheap no-name adapters from Amazon, gas stations, or similar sources

    Every Ledge is tested multiple times—before MagSafe installation and again after—using both Apple and Anker power sources to ensure proper iPhone charging functionality.
