Return Policy


Within 7 days of delivery, you may return an UNOPENED, UNUSED Product to 67 Designs for a refund. If your Product has been opened and used in any way, it is no longer eligible to be returned under the 7-Day Return Policy.

The 7 days begins at the shipping service recorded time of delivery at the address provided at time of order.

To request a refund and to arrange for the authorized return of the Product, contact 67 Designs at customerservice [at] 67d [dot] com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You are responsible for the costs of safe and robust packaging and shipping the Product back to 67 Designs and for the goods until they have been received by 67 Designs.

In the case of an unopened, unused Product, the amount refunded to the customer is the original amount paid minus a 10% restocking fee and minus any original shipping fees paid by the customer.

Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under normal and reasonable use (for example, if the Product is damaged due to abuse or disassembly of the Product) cannot be returned for a refund.

Products that have been opened and/or used may only be returned to 67 Designs if they are found to be defective and do not meet usage specifications.

Here is the process to follow: 

Send an email to Customer Service requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number and details. Ensure you include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • Reason for requesting a return.

Once 67 Designs receives that information a member of the Customer Service team will be in contact with details on how to ship the items back. 

DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT HEARING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST.
